Just purchased our first BMW from Billl Jacobs BMW after many years with products and dealers of Lexus, Porsche and Audi's. We purchased a M550iX. the vehicle is awesome!! Joshua Schneider with the sales team was excellent through the process of special ordering our vehicle and taking delivery of it when it arrived at the dealership a few weeks later. Josh and the sales team made sure that all the available promotions were applied to the sale, even without us asking for it (although I was aware of them beforehand)!! The dealership gave us a very nice price for the vehicle. Josh kept us informed of the progress regarding our vehicle from ordering to manufacturing to shipping to the USA to arrival at the dealership. He even had a big red bow on the vehicle since it was a birthday present for my wife. Their Business Manager, Amir was extremely courteous throughout the process of getting papers signed and providing all the information we requested regarding the add on service products. Finally, their Product Genius, Giovanna was extremely helpful in understanding the need to allow us to experiment a little bit with the vehicle and followed up with a call to set up a visit for additional explanations on the features of the vehicle. Everyone had a function and were attending to it, from the person that washed the car to the finance person. The dealership seemed to be running like a well oiled machine. Now what stood out the most was Bill Earnest our salesperson. Usually I dread buying a car takes too long too much to listen to too much to do only this time was different. Bill was right in on point with details seemed to explain exactly what we wanted to know. The time went by quickly and before you knew it was time to take my new car home but not without Bill giving me a crash course on how things worked, set up what needed to be and and in the way that I understood. Knowledgeable, friendly with a great personality. Next time someone asks where I got my beautiful new X2 I will tell them to see Bill Earnest More

We showed up 10 minutes before the dealership closed at 8 pm and Bill stayed with us for nearly 2 hours after they closed. Bill made a real effort to understand what I needed the car for and how often I would use it to customize packages and services that were best suited for me. Bill was the exact opposite of the negative stereotypes of a car salesman and did not try to take advantage of me by selling me unnecessary services/items just to increase the overall price. The next time I buy a car, Bill Earnest will be the first person I will reach out to and will recommend Bill and Bill Jacobs BMW to anyone looking for a car. Giovanna (Gigi) was also a great help giving me a thorough tutorial of the technology in the car and reached out to me over a week later if I needed any more help.
