Mike Adler, the General Sales Manager, was also very accommodating and created exceptional offers and options in financing - for several vehicles. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I drove all the way from Indy and worked with Russ. Although I didn’t buy a BMW(which by the way are super fancy!) I purchased the cleanest used had! I drove all the way from Indy and worked with Russ. Although I didn’t buy a BMW(which by the way are super fancy!) I purchased the cleanest used Lincoln Navigator. I requested additional pics and asked for closer images for certain parts of the vehicle and Russ was able to do that. It was risky driving 3 plus hours not knowing if I was going to LOVE MY NEW RIDE BUT I AM SO SO GLAD I DID! It’s was just so fancy.. free snacks, chips, pop and water. I had my kids with me so that was a huge plus lol! After we sealed the deal Russ said -Okay imma get your new car cleaned and ready for you and me and the fam was like CLEAN???? It was already super clean. Omg! They put it through the car wash AGAIN! It was like rolling out the red carpet! FR. I LOVE MY LINCOLN!! Thanks again Russ!! More

My sales man was Khalil Guissé went above and beyond to make sure I had a great EXPERIENCE from start to finish. Who likes buying a car right??? Great Experience with Out of Town Purchase of New X5 I was searching the midwest area for a new BMW X5 for my wife. I found one that fit our criteria at Bill Jacobs BMW, so decided to get in touch. Immed I was searching the midwest area for a new BMW X5 for my wife. I found one that fit our criteria at Bill Jacobs BMW, so decided to get in touch. Immediately off the bat, Russ was extremely friendly and courteous to deal with. He treated us with respect, and had a low pressure sales strategy while still ensuring he was proactive and answered any and all questions I had, which I very much appreciated. We live out of town, so were conducting the majority of the sales process via email/phone calls. Russ and Mike were absolutely excellent to deal with throughout the entire process. I had a lease turn-in and they agreed to take it in order to help with the sale process. They had already taken care of almost all of the paperwork prior to my arrival, so when I arrived all that was left to do was turn in my old vehicle, sign a couple of pages (Russ even gives you a special pen to sign with, a pen he signed his NBA contract with during his playing days), and get familiarized with our new X5. The car was detailed and cleaned, and had a full tank of gas which I appreciated! Once the paperwork was finished, Russ took care of setting up our digital key and showed me how to use all the new features of the car, despite it being a very busy day. I had a great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW, and they will be at the top of my list the next time I'm in the market for a BMW! More
