This was my first purchase of a BMW so naturally I went around to almost every BMW dealership in the Chicagoland and suburb dealerships to get info and to see particular models I was interested in includin around to almost every BMW dealership in the Chicagoland and suburb dealerships to get info and to see particular models I was interested in including to see particular available exterior colors. From the North Shore out to Crystal Lake and finally to Bill Jacobs in Naperville, I talked to salesman and gathered info while looking at various cars. Bill Jacobs was actually the last dealership I visited because they were the least convenient location, being 35 miles from our house. Without a doubt our salesman Omer and one of the general managers Mike Alder were the nicest and most knowledgeable of any of the dealerships I visited. I wanted to special order a car with a specific exterior color and they were the only ones that knew what could be ordered and how to go about it. Others as I found out later did not provide me with accurate information on this probably just wanting me to buy a car from them. My only concern about the dealership was that I was afraid their competency and great attitude and treatment of me as a customer would mean they weren’t competitive with their pricing. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the upsides of my experience with Bill Jacobs the price they quoted me was the best of any dealership I had preciously visited (and several wouldn’t provide me a price). I didn’t buy from Bill Jacobs because of price only. I talked to people in Service and Parts at a dealership within 6 miles of our house and although they would sell me the car for close to the same price as Bill Jacobs, I didn’t want anything to do with them after talking to Service and Parts representatives Everyone we talked to at Bill Jacobs was very nice, professional and not pushy at all. It was a great experience that didn’t stop once we put down our down payment .They gave me updates and followed up with my questions every step of the way until we finally picked up our car 3 days ago. I’m so glad we chose to buy from Bill Jacobs and found out when we picked up our car they have a “white glove service” that they will come and pick up my car from our house if it needs service and will provide me with a loaner without me ever leaving my house. The entire experience is how car buying should be. If I could have given the dealership 6 stars I certainly would have given them that rating! More

In the past with other car dealers, agreements were made over the phone and changed when I showed up. But not at Bill Jacobs, the terms were exactly the same.
