Russ Millard was great. Very good buying experience. I had an accident with a very old BMW and decided to buy a newer car. I drove in on a Saturday. A sales manager took a few minutes to talk to me eve I had an accident with a very old BMW and decided to buy a newer car. I drove in on a Saturday. A sales manager took a few minutes to talk to me even though the showroom was busy. He quickly set me up with Russ Millard who had another appointment in ten minutes. That was all I wanted on this first visit. I told Russ my situation and what I was after. We agreed to meet on Monday. The sales manager actually emailed me the next day (a Sunday) to make sure everything was good. Monday morning Russ emailed several cars to consider and we met around noon. The cars were lined up and ready to drive. Russ gave me honest opinions on the cars and answered my questions without hype. Of course, there is paperwork when you buy a car and the entire staff made that as hassle free as possible. Russ then spent a lot of time showing me the features of the 530i (more than I will ever use...nice car) and connecting my phone to bluetooth. He made absolutely sure that I could contact him anytime if I had any questions. I was happy with the price and very happy with the financing. More

Bill understands the difference between an enthusiast who knows the brand as well as they do, and he knows when you're browsing/admiring versus ready to buy. It is always a pleasure to talk with him - about cars or anything else - and he truly cares about the people with whom he interacts. He is clearly well-respected in the industry and at his home shop, but he is incredibly humble, gracious, and grounded. After bugging Bill for months and months on various potential deals (test drives, conversations, more test drives, dramatic shifts in vehicles, etc.) - he continued to show incredible patience while sharing every bit of information he could - again, all with no pressure - just in the interest of making sure our needs were met.
