From the first meeting, I knew he was, in addition to a very knowledgeable sales person a good listener. He took the time to hear me, asked relevant questions about my real needs, and my wants (!), and walked me to the right car. From a very detailed test drive on their test track, not an “around the block” drive, I knew I was taking the measure of the capacities of my (futur) car. Back to his office, I got an offer on the table, without any pressure, with some space for negotiation, enough to feel like it was a win win, and Angel, the Sales Manager, got our signature on the offer the day after. I signed and filled some papers on that day, and the “real” finance department meeting was hassle free, and so quick I still can’t believe it. On the delivery day, Russ took all the time needed to take me through the ownership of the car, and did it a second time for my wife who joined us half an hour later. I have been impressed by the follow up too, and got that call from Russ two weeks later to see how much I liked the car, and if there was something could be done to help me enjoy its daily use. I certainly had some technical questions, on the entertainment part of the car mainly, and was directed to their Genius Bar, where Nick Kozak impressed me with his knowledge and answered my list of question in a very efficient and professional way. I came back a second time, expressing an issue with the Homelink/garage door opener system, and Nick send me the right video to explain how to set up the system, and even offered to come to my house to do it for me if needed. That is the service I am expecting from a premium brand! More
