They were prepared, professional, polite, but from the time we said yes to completion of paperwork seemed to be an inordinate amount of time. We drove 6 hours to get there, and were driving straight back - the "experience" could have been shortened. Otherwise, extremely pleased and we enjoy our CPO 5-Series. More
