Recently, my wife and I decided to purchase a two-seater sports car. We visited Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville, Illinois (www.billjacobsbmw.com) and we fell in love with the 2025 BMW Z4 sDrive M40i converti sports car. These cars are difficult to find and often dealerships only get a small allocation each year. Our BMW Client Advisor, Maggie, worked with us and was able to obtain an allocation for us. Our experience with Maggie was incredible. She was very knowledgeable about the car model and helped us choose the features on our Z4. Maggie set up an application on our iPhones that would allow my wife and I to track the building and shipping of the car on a daily basis from factory assembly to delivery at the Bill Jacobs BMW dealership. This was a nice touch by Maggie to help keep our excitement for the Z4 while it was being built. I would like to express my wife’s and my appreciation of Maggie (our BMW Client Advisor), and the Bill Jacobs BMW dealership in Naperville, Illinois. The dealership’s entire staff was wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful throughout our purchase experience. The dealership was modern with a professional appearance, and was an exciting place to visit.
