After purchasing my third VW from a different dealer, it had mechanical difficulties. Other local dealerships were unable to help until I decided to turn in my wifes lease at Bill Jacobs VW. From the start, I could tell this dealership was well run: super clean, well branded, had a HUGE inventory, and incredibly nice and professional staff were my first impressions.They were able to put together an incredible deal on a new lease for my wife and we left very happy. I happened to mention my difficulties with my other VW and the sales staff was very interested in my situation. They immediately brought out the Service Manager who gathered information and started the process of trying to fix my vehicle. The service staff worked tirelessly with Volkswagen to fix my car. All the while providing me with an awesome VW loaner and keeping me in the loop the whole way with regular updates. Thank you Kevin and team for everything! When the vehicle was unable to be repaired to my satisfaction, my salesman Max and manager Jon took over to ensure that I got in to the perfect vehicle. Remember, I did not purchase the faulty vehicle at this dealer! They searched high and low to find me a car as my needs were special and the car was rare. These guys treated me like a family member and worked so hard to make me happy. We were able to put together an amazing deal that compensated me way more than I thought was possible.
