Great Salesman! Poor Management. My wife and I worked with Joseph Grzelak in shopping for a Honda Odyssey. The first one was just not quite a fit, but we loved the service and humilit My wife and I worked with Joseph Grzelak in shopping for a Honda Odyssey. The first one was just not quite a fit, but we loved the service and humility of Joe when working with him. So once we saw online a newer and better opportunity we reached back out to Joe and he was able to get us out onto a test drive within 35 minutes of our call and drive to the dealership. We loved Joseph and everything he did was GREAT! My issues were with not receiving printed documents or having electronic versions (on desktop or tablet) of our options once we were ready to buy to show us the options we may like to select for our vehicle and care thereafter. We were very disappointed in the management as their customer service was very poor. We were not welcomed by any one of them, not spoken to once the process was started to buy, or shown value of their time and attention. Too many questions required "behind the scenes" conversations instead of directly speaking with us. More
