It was quick and easy to set up an appointment for my civic, even during the middle of the work week. They estimated 45 minutes for the work to be completed and it only took 40 minutes. I felt valued as a customer and that they were committed to making things right. This is my first Honda but the one time it has needed service it has been a painless process. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and while I hope that I do not have to make often visits to the service center for issues with my vehicle, when I do I know that it will be taken care of. battery Our battery died so I had it recharged at our home and drove it to the Honda Service Dept. to have the battery checked. Engine revs but losses power. This is third time for same issue. Car will go from seventy to thirty with engine revving at extreme high rpms. There are numerous other clarity owners with same problem, Honda refuses to admit issue. This car is a death trap. Bill Kay solution is to trade it in, which I refuse as they will sell it to someone else not aware of the issue. It is my firm belief this could result in loss of life. No way do I wish anyone else to put there family in the vehicle. I do not entirely blame the service staff, the issue has presented it self 10 times in 17,000 miles never while in the shop. Under Clarity issues on the web there are multiple complaints with exact issue, which Honda refuses to recognize. We have always been a Ford family. My wife purchased a civic and loves it Two of my daughters bought a Honda. Civic and insight. they all really like the cars. The aforementioned is why I purchased the plug in Clarity. It is my sincere hope Honda resolves the issue before a fatality occurs. More
