Wonderful Experience! We stopped in to "window shop" at Bill Kolb Subaru and 2 hours later purchased a new Outback! Maryellen Dixon was our salesperson and she made our decision very easy. She was professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressure or hurried. She found the car we wanted and advised us it would be in within a few weeks, yet the following week our new car was at the dealership ready for pick up! The day we were "window shopping" at the dealership was very busy, yet everyone there made you feel that you were the only customer. Maryellen took great measures to totally please and found the car with all of the features we wanted; as did Joe Postighone and Paul Spiegel! We picked up our 2019 Outback this morning. After Maryellen diligently went through all of the paperwork, she took the time to go through all of the features the car came with and even set up our phones. She told us not to hesitate to call for any questions. As we were leaving the dealership, ALL of the employees we dealt with made a point to wish us well! Being my first time purchasing a car, I was hesitant about car buying experiences I had heard from others. But I am truly confident that my experience was quite the opposite! Our incredible salesman, Ross Kelter, went through great lengths to help find me find the perfect, 2019 Subaru Forester, equipped with everything I wanted! The car was ordered and delivered very quickly. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Ross was always eager and readily available to answer any questions, phone calls and concerns that I had. He helped walk me through the entire process without ANY feelings of pressure, anxiety or hurriedness. I met with Marty very briefly on the day of purchasing and it was yet again, another wonderful experience! With much kindness, patience and thoroughness, I had another wonderful team member explain all the features that the car is equipped with. He helped me connect my phone to Apple Car Play and run me through each and every button on the car, from the trunk to the steering wheel.
