Great experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru with Holman. I traveled to Bill Kolb Jr. based on stock levels - a greater variety of used vehicles were available with more space and a much nicer dealership than I traveled to Bill Kolb Jr. based on stock levels - a greater variety of used vehicles were available with more space and a much nicer dealership than on long island. The dealership was also well fit out and the staff were attentive and friendly. I dealt mainly with Holman who was easy to work with, patient, and helpful and quick sorting all the paperwork etc. to get the deal done and on the road right away. The only thing I would improve would be the cleaning of the car where a couple spots were missed on the interior. More

Pleasant and educational. I needed my car serviced in a hurry, so I called Bill Kolb Jr Subaru and they told me I could bring my car in as soon as I wanted. Within an hour I w I needed my car serviced in a hurry, so I called Bill Kolb Jr Subaru and they told me I could bring my car in as soon as I wanted. Within an hour I was there and the Service writer had all my info ready and my car was taken in and serviced immediately. While I was waiting they explained in great detail exactly what was being done to my car. During my short appointment I was able to relax and enjoy some refreshments. I would strongly recommend this dealership for its service experience. More

Overall Good Experience After doing much research I decided to go to Bill Kolb Jr Subaru, I was excited to see what I would find. I bought and took the car home the same day. After doing much research I decided to go to Bill Kolb Jr Subaru, I was excited to see what I would find. I bought and took the car home the same day. My experience was decent until I got home. A day later I received a call saying that they forgot to put a part on my car. The dealership is about an hour and a half away from me. In total a round trip would take me about three hours. They also mentioned that it would take two to three hours to repair. I asked if I could have the part installed at a Subaru near me- they said I would have to pay out of pocket. It makes no sense to me why their mistake would cost me money. Now i have to drive 3 hours to get this done. It's going to cost me gas money to drive that far. It also cost something I can never get back which is my time. Now i have to go back to the dealership a week after I bought my car. Please if anyone at the dealership is reading this please don't make costumers pay for your mistakes. It's no way to run a business. Update: Connected with a man named Joe from Subaru and he was very helpful. Turns out it was a miscommunication and I did not have to bring in the car. He mentioned that I had a warantee with my car purchase so any issues that were under the warrantee I could simply bring it to a Subaru near me. More
