This is my third Subaru and this is the third Subaru dealership I've leased from. This was the best experience of the three. Richard was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. There was no pressure to make decisions, and no upsell. If I get a fourth Subaru after this one I will definitely go back to Bill Kolb and work with Richard Knel. More

Worth the drive I saw a car online that was at a reasonable price and decided to take a drive to Bill Kolb...met with John, Joe (sales manager) and the money guy Mart I saw a car online that was at a reasonable price and decided to take a drive to Bill Kolb...met with John, Joe (sales manager) and the money guy Marty....Cut the long story short after 3 trips of traveling back and forth (over 70 miles one way) I was able to get the car that I wanted at a reasonable price and received a decent amount for my trade in. I have to say if it wasn't for Joe I am not sure I would purchased a vehicle that fast. A great team!! More

GO 4 WHEEL DRIVE! If you have the product, then flaunt it! So, I decided to "shop around" for a Subaru. I was born and raised in N.J., currently live in Orange County N.Y. Went to Dealerships in Orange County, Jersey, Rockland, Westchester, Fishkill .. All of the prices were in the "Ball Park" . What I found out that employees at Bill Kolb J.R. were real! No Side talk, the Sales Manager (Joe [P), is only a few feet from you! He will answer any questions that you may have. My sales associate, Samuel "Sonny Rips" .. is a Gem He is Family oriented, sensitive about your needs, "A Total Mensch" So at the end of the day, my family did our homework. Manger's behavior was a deal breaker. I went there ready to lease 2 new cars. The salesperson was mellow, polite, and not pushy. The moment the manager became involved, the tenor of the conversation changed. I challenged them on numbers and instead of selling his numbers he called the other dealers misleading. When I persisted, the manger came over and indicated that if I did not like the way they did business, I could leave. I did. It's a shame as the salesperson seemed genuine and willing to earn my business. Perhaps the manager could learn something about dealing with customers from the disposition of his salesmen. More
