Lashawn was great , very helpful and made the buying process easy with no stress. The wait to speak to finance after was ridiculous though, I almost walked out and cancelled the sale process easy with no stress. Thank you very much to Brian and Kesha for your help, the process was great in the beginning and went downhill after that. I personally work for a dealer myself, and where it went wrong in multiple ways wa process was great in the beginning and went downhill after that. I personally work for a dealer myself, and where it went wrong in multiple ways was, myself and my family loaded into the recently vehicle purchase and noticed the fuel level at a 1/4 till empty I walked in and made a comment to Kesa and asked “don’t you guys usually fill up your vehicles for customer especially making a vehicle purchase?” She’s like no we don’t do that here. I just had a puzzled look on my face like really? Spend over 70k on a vehicle and you can’t spend 60-70bucks on a tank of gas, just horrible in my opinion. Every dealership I’ve been too whether it was a new or used vehicle purchase vehicle is wash up gassed up and ready. Not the case here and it’s such a shame cause it’s such a small thing. You guys preach about how you guys are red carpet type servicing well go through and make that commitment the whole way. I was in such disbelief about this and asked my finance guy Dan. He’s said yea that’s true, it’s part of one of the reasons our vehicles are so reasonably priced. I was like really? Come on. Then to top it off the 2 second day after the vehicle purchase I brought it to my work to have it inspected, vehicle had no factory tow hooks on the front bumper. I asked Brian about it he said if that’s how the vehicle was when we received and it’s not a safety issue it doesn’t get taken care of. I thought to myself hmmm ok whatever. My experience has already gone very bad already. So 2 days after that it started raining I go to use my wipers and I’m like wow these aren’t working very good. Get to work lift the wiper arms to inspect the blades and wow would you look at that completely falling apart. Last time I checked in my line of work one of the first easy/minor things inspected on a vehicle. Now me being the consumer what the heck else wasn’t performed, like come on. And I mad Brian away how pissed I was about this, he said he would let his manager know. Honestly would of except a follow up response like “oh man I’m so sorry let me take care of those wipers for you and for the inconvenience fill up your take by having to come back here again” even though we didn’t fill your take in the beginning. So after no response back I put wipers on the vehicle, I performed a oil change service and inspection at my store cause I had no confidence that the “services” that were told are done on their vehicles was actually done. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anybody. If you do purchase get a vehicle inspection performed before signing. Ps Bill Luke Santan full the love of god fill up vehicles with fuel. Such a small CSI thing that goes a long way… More
I was pleased with the whole experience when dealing with Bill Luke San Tan from the initial inquiry with Kelvin to finding the perfect truck with Brian Whitaker and then finally closing the deal with Daniel Bill Luke San Tan from the initial inquiry with Kelvin to finding the perfect truck with Brian Whitaker and then finally closing the deal with Daniel. Brian is the guy you want to go see if you're looking for a vehicle. He knows his stuff and doesn't pressure you into any decisions. He made the whole buying experience great and stress free. It was a quick process once I figured out which truck I wanted. It was nice to have several options. I'd definitely recommend them to my family and friends. See you guys in a few years when we're buying another vehicle. More
