I was interested in acquiring a new 2018 Crosstrek Premium in the new color this year, Cool Grey Khaki. I have purchased numerous cars from McBride's in the past . I am the proud owner of a 2014 Crosstrek Premium. The car was impossible to get as dealer inventory. Mitch, the salesperson we dealt with was marvelous. He scoured the dealerships for a radius of 150 miles trying to find one. He finally said the best way to get exactly what I wanted was to factory order built specifically for me. Mitch and Jason in finance took care of all the details. They made it so easy. It took 10 weeks for the car to be built and delivered and they kept me up to date on the progress. I picked my car up last Friday evening, Oct 20th. When my son got there to pick it up all the paperwork was completed and only needed signing. All aspects of the care were explained before it left the lot. I was unable to get all the features of the new Star Link App installed because I was on a time constraint.Mitch will install these features for me at my convenience. This is the 5th Subaru that my family has owned, all from Bill McBride's. My son also just got a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado from the same dealership only the Chevrolet division. My daughter in law is on her 2nd Subaru and next year will be trading for a Crosstek. I cannot say enough about Mitch and Jason. This is a small Family owned dealership and with employees of the caliber of these 2 gentlemen it will continue to flourish in the future as it has in the past. Owner Brian McBride is a very hands on owner and makes sure all details are taken care of. I cannot recommend this Dealership enough. The service center of this dealer is also awesome.
