Great Experience With David Ighrayeb I had given up. I did my research, knew what was fair, and knew what to expect for my trade in. I had been to two other dealers and was negotiating through email and over the phone. One dealer sounded like they were going to take care of me and then changed their finance rules (despite very good credit) I stopped into Bill Page just because I was driving by and had forgotten it was there and figured I would at least see if they had the Civic EXT I was interested in. I didn't have very good expectations after the results I had up to that point. I met with David, he listened to me which is important, and took his time showing me the car and even though he probably thought I wasn't going to buy based on my somewhat defensive attitude, he was patient. They beat my trade in appraisal from another company, strongly beat my trade in appraisal from another dealer, sold it for what it should be sold for, and gave me the financing I deserved. It was an excellent experience and I wouldn't only strongly recommend the dealership, I would recommend David himself. I also didn't have to deal with any high pressure bs from him or the finance person. So glad I stopped in and live the car I purchased. More

Pay extra attention to the fees I bought a new Odyssey with Luis. Overall, the experience is not negative. He is very friendly and I think the price I got is not bad. However, after I got home, I found there's about $600 in the price that I cannot figure out why I was charged. I went back to the dealership and found out that's something called appearance package, which is installed to the car. But this $600 is charged as a fee on top of the car price. I think what he can do better is to explain me what it is and why this charge is on top of the car price. Of course if he told me, I could've ask him to give it free or reduce the $600 to $200 or something. Because I think $600 is way too high for a wheel lock and some plastic piece near the wheel. More

Terrible customer service skills I called the service department to set up an appointment for my brand new car. It had unexplained paint chips around the hood of the car. The gentl I called the service department to set up an appointment for my brand new car. It had unexplained paint chips around the hood of the car. The gentleman on the phone told me that this would most likely not be covered under warranty and that he'd probably end up referring me to their body shop BUT that they'd take a look a it and see what they could do. When I arrived the next day, the "usher" at the entrance was whistling and using hand gestures instead of words to make people stand where he wanted them to. I finally get to talk a service rep who flat out refuses to take a look at the car because it'll be a waste of HER time. I tried explaining why I had set up the appointment and what I was told over the phone; however, she again repeated that it would really just waste her time. I again asked her if she could take a look at it, since I was already there and had taken the time to drive out - nope she wouldn't do it. I then asked about the body shop - she had no information to provide other than an address and a phone number. Worse part is the service reps couldn't even wait until I physically left the building before talking about me behind my back. She and her co-worker immediately began talking the minute I turned my back to them. I should NOT be able to hear you complain about customers ever, but specifically about myself when I'm only feet away from you. More
