By far the best dealership sales experience ever! And yes, I’ve purchased many cars at different dealerships in my lifetime. Jon Vu demonstrated unsurpassed customer service from beginning to end. He even went out his way to offer me something to eat at McDonalds. LOL! He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and allowed me to take the used vehicle of interest to my personal mechanic to independently assess the vehicle with doing a pre-purchase inspection. The sales manager, Jeremiah, was also a reasonable professional when it came to negotiating the sales price. It felt like I walked into a family reunion when purchasing my vehicle!! The finance associate, Jay Hussaini, was also polite and knowledgeable and we had a good conversation about work ethic and motivation. The other sales manager, Larry Labonte, was very fun to talk to as we both had cycling in common. Everyone I came in contact with at Bill Page Honda was very professional and nice. My family has owned Honda’s since 1980 and I will definitely purchase my next Honda here and refer anyone else. When I read the previous many positive online reviews, I knew I would be in good hands with Bill Page Honda. His warm, devoted care and friendly, accurate, and concise explanations are markedly different from other dealers who simply distract the buyer and try to get more money from their customers. The response to the corona situation and service to customers was also excellent. I had to prepare Cashier's check for a downpayment, but I couldn't do it in advance because the BofA financial center around my house was closed; James drove directly to BofA, right near the dealership, and helped me do the banking. If you're a Korean, if you're looking for a Honda dealer, I'd like to let you know that a deal with James guarantees the best experience.
