Upon entering the Bill Page Honda dealership in Falls Church, I was greeted by the service employees immediately. After explaining the reason for my visit, Tommy told me he would have a service member lo Church, I was greeted by the service employees immediately. After about 15 minutes, Tommy came out to give me an update on the status of my car; explaining the problem, and being upfront with the price of the repair. Had my oil change + flashing "D" light ( transmission ) issue taken care of. I find that Bill Page offers great service at a good price compared to some of the pricier shops around. My experience with the service department at Bill Page Honda has been great. I feel very comfortable with the quality of work done on my car and appreciate the responsiveness of employees to any questions Honda has been great. The employees I have worked with are very friendly and always do what they can to get me in and out quickly. If there is a longer than expected wait I am notified of reasons for any delays. The wait time is also made less painful through drinks/snacks and wireless internet in the waiting area. I couldn't ask for much more out of a service department. More
