The Bill Page dealership price was better than other dealers we found in Virginia. Upper management came in when we were trying to get the price down a little more on our arrival, 3 hrs from out of town. We were going to be ready to purchase, if the test drive went well, entering with a pre-approved loan in hand, but still had some price negotiation to do on arrival. Upper management tells us he can't go down any further down in price. We eventually got where we wanted, by finding a lower loan rate than our pre-approved, which lead us to a gentleman in Finance. Though stating he was not a "pushy person" himself, we found Fiance to be just that. We'd finally gotten our monthly payments where we wanted them and now he was pushing options to add $70. a month to our 5 year finance... with the purchase of an extended warranty. We declined twice. He said, "I want to ask you WHY? Your never going to get this offer again you know?" It was a bit humiliating to explain we couldn't afford it! He then went on to explain we'd never get this kind of extended warranty again from Honda. That possibly later someone, a third party source from the Deep Dark Web might contact us to purchase an extended warranty. This kind of threat was unnecessary. When we returned to pick up the car the following day. I was surprised to see that I was only given a half a tank of gas on departure. I guess I got a really good deal on the car and didn't deserve a full tank. All that said, I want to end with a positive reminder that Ryan Radzilowski did an amazing job as our salesman. I would highly recommend him. More
