He said within 10 urs the only thing we pay is gas , tires and brakes and the extended warranty will cover bumper to bumper 100%. When we check online after signing, the website does not cover anything he promised. When we asked to cancel service, we were turned away 2 times before it was taken care of. More

He took the time to learn what I was interested in and understood my budget. After the first visit we followed up several times and negotiated a great price for a new Accord that ultimately came under my budget, which really surprised me. I felt Mike was more an advocate for me than the dealership. The finance side of the sale was laid out clearly and took into consideration certain reservations I had, and were very accommodating. All in all I would say this dealership made this experience very enjoyable and I would recommend the dealership and Mike to anyone. More
