Beware of misleading 10yr extended warranty Mr Chung good salesman and we would work with him again. However, we were not impress with Omar Elbardiso/ financial mgr with his lies about the 10 yr Mr Chung good salesman and we would work with him again. He said within 10 urs the only thing we pay is gas , tires and brakes and the extended warranty will cover bumper to bumper 100%. When we check online after signing, the website does not cover anything he promised. When we asked to cancel service, we were turned away 2 times before it was taken care of. More

He took the time to learn what I was interested in and understood my budget. After the first visit we followed up several times and negotiated a great price for a new Accord that ultimately came under my budget, which really surprised me. I felt Mike was more an advocate for me than the dealership. The finance side of the sale was laid out clearly and took into consideration certain reservations I had, and were very accommodating. All in all I would say this dealership made this experience very enjoyable and I would recommend the dealership and Mike to anyone. More
