Internet sales manager boardered on being unethical. Initial trade offer low balled by 4K on what was finally agreed to. He assumed we had not done our homework on fair market value of our trade according to KBB. He refused to accept no for an answer. Was ready to walk out when 3rd tier manager finally got involved and played good guy. Overall, a terrible experience. Bottom line: if you intend to buy a car from the dealership, do your homework ahead of time using KBB, Edmunds, or NADA online resources. Sales consultant was very friendly, on top of getting the car out the door, and knowledgeable of the vehicle. Had it not been for her, we would have walked out the door. More

At time of negotiation, he work very hard to get me the best deal. The really liked that I was never rushed or pressured buying the car. Tommy and Jeremiah were very patient. Omar, also did great job explaining finance options and vehicle warranty. Did not take long to prepare paperwork and did not rush us to sign paperwork despite it was late and dealer was closed. More

However, I would highly recommend any car dealership that provides eco-friendly cars to educate more their customers on all hybrid and plug-in options However, I would highly recommend any car dealership that provides eco-friendly cars to educate more their customers on all hybrid and plug-in options available within the dealership prior to purchase. Also, it would be nice to have a special area in any dealership to take a great picture of the buyer with its brand new car purchase. This would be great for dealership and brand model awareness in social media! A nice thank you gift from the dealership could be given to those who share the pic in their social media! She made a stressful car-buying process enjoyable. I'd give her an 11 on a scale of 1-to-10. Hugo and the dealership were more pleasant and straight-forward than Brown's Honda in Arlington, which is why we bought the car in Falls Church rather than Arlington (where we live). We settled on a fair price after securing quotes from other dealerships. More
