My experience. I initially had a terrible experience. I had been talking to a saleswoman initially and we had appointment plans. After an hour of waiting she apologized and recommended that I work with someone else, introducing me to a gentleman, Ryan, who was very professional and helpful. Overall, I felt there was a lack of organization and clearly placing quantity of costumer service over quality. Luckily, Ryan turned it around for me. Unfortunately I still have a bad taste in my mouth about it all. More
