However, when it came down to the negotiation with hi James was my initial salesman and he was very nice, polite, honest and willing to work with me. However, when it came down to the negotiation with his Manager, I felt the process was exactly what I wanted to avoid and something one would expect when coming into a dealership and to deal with an aggressive salesman. His Manager initially made an extremely high number as if he thought I was ignorant and didn't know anything about buying a car. Even though he was professional, it felt like a slap in the face with the unreasonable initial offer. In the end, I was able to negotiate the price I wanted but it took me over 2 hrs longer than I wanted. It would have been a better experience had his Manager made a reasonable initial offer rather than putting me in a situation where I had to negotiate the price I wanted as convey from the start. More

"White Glove Service" On Friday I decided to start looking at cars and went to True Car. I immediately received a call from several dealerships including Thien "Tommy" Vo from Bill Page Honda. Tommy was courteous and transparent on the phone with me. I visited several dealerships, but the difference at Bill Page was immediate. Suffice it to say that they worked hard to earn my business and I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. It is important that I note that I came on Saturday to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. I texted Tommy in advance and let him know that I was bringing my 7 year old daughter who was feeling a little under the weather. He had all the paperwork ready to go. Further, he drove my new car to my house and did orientation on all the technology at my home, so my daughter could climb back into bed. Truly outstanding service! More
