Happy with my 2018 HR-V We went into the dealership just to get a look at the cars. I was interested in another CR-V or HR-V. I had not seen an HR-V before. While we looked at several models, I decided the HR-V would be best for me. James was very informative and helpful. Also we got a very good deal on the trade in of my 2007 CR-V. The only criticism I have is that James needs to slow down his speech. We got confused about what features were on the 2018 and 2019, the EX and the EXL. We settled on a 2018 HR-V EX and James invited me back to familiarize me with the new features. He was prompt and on time and very helpful in explaining the features. However, my husband and I both thought we were getting GPS on the 2018 and were disappointed that we had misunderstood. I am very happy with the car, it runs smooth and is the right size for me. All the people that we met at the dealership were very friendly. Ahmed did the contract and was very professional and patient with us. The service people and the man that did the door guards were also very polite and friendly. I got a very comfortable feeling about dealing with Bill Page Honda. My former car was serviced by Bill Page and that is why we came there to look at a car. More
