When I could not locate my checkbook he had one of the staff drive me home to find it. My checkbook went missing Sept 19 and he located it in the dealership yesterday and called me at once. Staff was helpful at all times. For additional charge Judith had staff drive to Richmond to obtain the crimson Insight that I purchased She did this in a short time turn around so that we could complete my purchase quickly and move on More

Not for Marylanders I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV two weeks ago, trading in my 2004 Toyota Matrix. I live in MD and found this dealer to advertise the best offer so came s I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV two weeks ago, trading in my 2004 Toyota Matrix. I live in MD and found this dealer to advertise the best offer so came specifically to buy this car - which I already found online, carrying my financing pre-approval. It shouldn't have taken more than a couple of hours; I was there for five. I finally signed everything and was settling into my new car, when the engine died. Not a great start but luckily I was still in their parking lot and they got it up and running again with just a touch of some jumper cables; it's been running fine ever since. However, since I live in MD I had to pay for a state inspection separately which revealed one of the parts needing to be replaced. To their credit, they said they would reimburse me the cost of the repair (though I still haven't seen a check). Then, a week into owning the car, the tire pressure light came on. I haven't received my new plates/tags and am still getting emails saying that paperwork is missing on the trade, when I gave them everything I have. Overall very disappointed and, in retrospect, buying from MD would have saved me the extra cost on VA's higher title tax, registration fee, and the out-of-pocket cost for the inspection. The customer service while I was on-site was excellent, and Alfonso has been very prompt in his replies to me. If you live in VA, I think these guys can take care of your needs just fine, but they do not seem to be as savvy to handle deals for MD drivers. More

Thein Vo was ok , I asked for the copy of all paper that I signed . I did not get them ( unless the sheet already pink copy on the back) . I like to keep all paper that I singed. The paper "option of services information " are not clear to read , I was told to sign because the sale rep. assume that I do not need them , I told sale rep that I could not read them , I have to ask what are in the option sheet ,he told me abut something that apply on the mirror to help see clearly when it is rain. I asked for the copy I did not get it "I have 4 people told me different information about the financial . I have credit score of 820. I was told that my interest would be 5.5 % then I saw 5.8 % . I was told to financial minimum $ 12000 then the whole amount of the car.. I have money to pay all but I was told to financial to get better deal to get discount . I agree then after I found out I have to pay 5.8 %. I just about to throw up from the stress that I got from dealing with the price and the financial . I walked out . I feel that I have enough from BILL PAGE HONDA. I spend ~ 4.5 hrs there , However, My sister convinced me to get the deal when Ashlee Jones offered to sale the car without financial . I have bought six new cars . This is the worse the experience that I had yesterday 9/19/18). More
Great experience with Kristina G We were in the area and worked with Kristina on various cars that we were interested in. It was a very hot day and Kristina was very patient and showed us various cars up on the roof. We spent a good part of the day looking and talking about one model then we decided on a different model car. Kristina stayed with us and fully understood our switching of car models and continued to work and show us cars in the different model. We did end up purchasing a car that we were happy with and she walked and explained everything along the way. Extremely happy with Kristina. More
