I stated exactly what I needed and she was very pleasant, very quick to respond and stood by everything negotiated via phone and text. Upon entering the dealership, I was matched up with Ted (Tewolde Selassie - sales) and Carlos (manager). Ted and Carlos are professional and courteous - exactly what you should expect from a sales experience in a dealership - nothing less! I would highly recommend working with these folks. I have bought, sold and traded many vehicles. This was my first Honda and I would definitely return to THIS dealership - even though it is much further from my house than the original awful dealership I started out at. More

They ended up not having the specific color car we wanted in stock but worked with us and a sister store to get that car delivered. Trade in and purchase of a Ridgeline I had my 2008 Ridgeline serviced in the morning at Bill Page Honda and afterwards was contacted by Bill Page Jr. inquiring if I was interested in cons I had my 2008 Ridgeline serviced in the morning at Bill Page Honda and afterwards was contacted by Bill Page Jr. inquiring if I was interested in considering trading in my truck for another vehicle. I accepted the invitation and my 2008 truck, originally purchased new at Bill Page and maintained solely by them since, was evaluated. Following a test drive and accessory review working with Mr. Page and Rene Fuentes, we agreed on a deal to trade my truck in on a 2019 Ridgeline Black Edition with accessories I selected. I anticipate delivery this week and look forward to another long term excellent relationship with Bill Page Honda. I have been a customer of Bill Page Honda for almost 30 years and continue to have excellent service by everyone I have dealt with. Thank you and keep up the good work; it is appreciated. More

Good overall We bought an Odyssey from them. Our salesperson was pretty good, not overly pushy. We first visited, did a test drive, and told them up front that we We bought an Odyssey from them. The salesperson still took some time to take us for a test drive, talk about what we were looking for, and answered our questions. This was after going to other dealerships where they either didn't have what we were looking for or wouldn't give us the time of day if we weren't looking to buy that day. The negotiation process was okay. We came with some online quotes which I feel was helpful. They still tried to muddy the water and add all kinds of crazy freight fees and other things so I would suggest anyone negotiating on price to focus only on the total after tax cost. They were generally well organized. My only real complaint is that it look several hours for us to get out of there even after agreeing on the price. Next time I would just sign all the paperwork and ask them to deliver the car to my house or call me when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. More
