Shell shock The shell shock was due to my own fault. I did not check to see that the car though new had been at the dealership since January 2018., I did not lo The shell shock was due to my own fault. I did not check to see that the car though new had been at the dealership since January 2018., I did not look at the sticker details and no one mentioned this during the negotiation and I did not know this till I went to get into the car (having purchased it) and noticed the inspection sticker was for 1/18. Judy was not up to speed with the workings of the car; though Thien Vo (Tommy) was excellent, and did a good test drive with me, being very knowledgeable of the workings of the car. In retrospect I did not think I got the best deal. which leaves a bitter taste. While driving the vehicle home, I noticed the front windshield had been poorly cleaned - there were streaks and smears and this only added to my frustration and shell shock of what had I just experienced. More

It had a faint smell of cigarette smoke and we thought it would be possible, by having the car detailed, to remove the smoke smell. Our salesperson, Syed Hussain, and his manager, agreed to reimburse us for the detailing fee. Unfortunately, the task proved too difficult. We reached out to Syed and Harry and they worked with us to find another vehicle and ensure we didn't take too much of a financial hit. We're appreciative. More
