Honda Pilot #2 Went just to look at a 2018 Pilot since we were contemplating buying our second Pilot in May or June 2018. Pleasant experience I usually hate buying cars - that's part of the reason my last car is over 11 years old. Before coming to Bill Page Honda, I had gone to three differe I usually hate buying cars - that's part of the reason my last car is over 11 years old. Before coming to Bill Page Honda, I had gone to three different dealerships and test drove four different cars. I had Bill Page Honda last on my list because I get my car serviced there and my last car is a Honda so although I know the quality of their vehicles I wanted to test drive different cars in the same class of vehicles I would eventually purchase. I don't know about you but I'm always a little nervous about buying a car because I've been conditioned to think that dealerships will take advantage of me during the process. I had a deadline for making a new purchase and fit all of my test drives in a 1.5 hour window. As I went into all the dealerships, I stated that I was on a tight deadline and wanted to test drive and move on to the next one on my list. Most of the experiences were pleasant enough but I really clicked with Luis. It was an extremely busy week for me and I didn't have one minute to waste. He was very courteous, professional and made the process quick and seamless, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bill Page Honda - sales and service! More
