I was not happy with lowball offer for my trade-in, far below blue book; negotiated a somewhat higher amount but still low. At closing, surprise additional cost for accessories I did not need or want; was able to negotiate the amount significantly, but would have rather they had just removed them from the car. The total amount showing for tags and registration seemed much higher than it should have been based on a recent search of DC's government site about these fees. I looked it up again while on site to be sure, and then questioned the amount and asked for a breakdown. It turns out some charges pertaining only to VA were included. More

However, it's not without saying that the director for Finance, Ashlee Jones, did notice the frustration we have been placed on, and walked over to apologize while providing a small compensation to our anger. I will definitely recommend Bill Page Honda, but word of advise is to come with your research on your specific car. Overall, the experience on getting the vehicle and pulling through with a better rate than 5 different dealers, one suggesting to purchase here, let's me know that they excel when possible to satisfy each client with a great price and excellent treatment. Lastly, Adeel on the used sales department helped me when I first came to this dealer seeking used, but ended buying new. I just wanted to say that he is completely honest, kind and does not pressure you into anything. Individuals like Adeel must be hired at every dealer. Thank you for everything Bill page Honda team!
