Overall, the experience on getting the vehicle and pulling through with a better rate than 5 different dealers, one suggesting to purchase here, let's me know that they excel when possible to satisfy each client with a great price and excellent treatment. Lastly, Adeel on the used sales department helped me when I first came to this dealer seeking used, but ended buying new. We appreciated the comprehensiveness of his demonstration. Overall he did not use much pressure when it came to making the sale. Our test drive with Edgar Francis was pleasant. We went through several rounds of negotiations with Tahir and Edgar before settling on a final offer. Once the deal was done, we had to wait over an hour for the car to be cleaned and to speak with the finance department because there were several concurrent deals, and it was getting late in the evening. During cleaning, Tahir had sent the back after inspecting it for additional detailing, which we did appreciate, but it was still not ready even after our turn came up with the finance department. Once we were able to sit with financing, Ashlee was pleasant and friendly, and patiently walked us through each step of the process. Overall our experience took around four hours total and was generally positive, however we felt as though it could have been a bit more efficient had there been additional people around to handle financing (we were informed only two people were on staff in finance). Despite being after closing when we finished, Tahir made sure that our customization settings were set to our comfort before driving off the lot. More
