My personal experience was a total nightmare. I came in with a preapproval for a specific car. The Mgr spoke with me and never even acknowledge my preapproval. My credit score is not in the 500's first of all. It didnt matter anyway cause I already had an approval. Honestly he did not want to sale me a luxury car. I knew everything he said was xx. I was just ready to leave cause I wasn't that impressed with the vehicle anyway. So I am glad things turned out the way they did. Its just the fact that he totally was disregarding and every thing I was saying like I didnt know what I was talking about. Don't know what his deal was, I could guess but there is no need. Not worth the time in saying. Just remember to go off of your first instinct when dealing with people. I had a bad vibe immediatley when I got there. More

To make matters worse, the axel was not even installed properly. It began leaking oil from the area where the axel and transmission join together.
