My husband and I were in need to purchase another vehicle after an unfortunate accident totaled my car. However, it all quickly became overwhelming as the flood of calls and emails started pouring from different vendors. Not ready to commit we decided to take a week break. It was then we decided to go to Bill Penny Toyota and we meet Noah Morgan. This young man, a former military service member too, took his time to listen to us and show us several Toyota models based on the features we were wanting. Through the hours we worked with him not once did we feel pressured to commit or make a purchase. Talking with Noah, was like talking to a friend, and when we finally made our decision he made the process very easy and handled it with great respect. I previously leased and then purchased a 2001 Avalon. I could not have had a more dependable and comfortable car. I knew the dealership owner and respected him for his honesty and professionalism, so when could not have had a more dependable and comfortable car. I then met the salesman, Tommy Terrell and looked over the Avalons available. I ultimately elected to wait until the 2014 models came out. I liked Tommy so well I kept his card. I called him and told him what I wanted. He promptly called to let me know it was in stock and within a day or two I was the owner of a 2014 Avalon Touring sedan. There was no pressure by the sales staff and I became impressed with the team spirit of the organization who provided full support to accommodate me. This is a first class dealer and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to any prospective purchaser. My husband took our Rav4 2011 in for an oil change and while he was there he was informed that the tires were just about bare and we needed 4 new tires. Also the shocks were bad and the brakes needed adj while he was there he was informed that the tires were just about bare and we needed 4 new tires. Also the shocks were bad and the brakes needed adjusting. He decided to look around and found a 2014.5 Camry SE that he loved. The salesman (Dewayne) was very helpful, we had leased the Rav4 from him 3 years ago, and he was very impressed with him. The customer service was exceptional and he ended up leasing the Camry. The wheels and tires are wonderful and add to the overall looks of this magnificent vehicle. We both love the car, we'll have to make certain adjustments in our grocery shopping to help pay the more expensive Lease payments, but it's worth it. The business manager Drew Huber was extremely helpful as well and the whole experience was very positive. I was away for the weekend and when I got home Sunday I found a beautiful car in our garage, it was a black 2014.5 Camry. The car drove fine, was in excellent condition, a one owner with up-to-date service, low mileage, and remaining factor warranty. The price was lower than all the other 2010 TLs that I saw on the internet. I also checked the post auction auto sales and saw that Bill Penny was selling this car for what a 2010 TL sold for at the auction. I was impressed and purchased the car. I am looking forward to many years of trouble-free driving. More
