Took my car in for a little maintenance, what a nightmare! Roland, he said the manager was very bazaar. I had to pay $185 up front for diagnostic. I was told I needed two catalytic converters at $5000 plus tree hours labor. I was wondering what the extra cat was for. I said I would be taking the car to my regular mechanic. I couldn't get Roland to give me the diagnostic I paid for so the new manager Chris stepped in. He said my car had a massive five and melted the two cats, still only one on the car. I called a tow truck and brought it to my regular mechanic. After hearing this horrific story he dropped everything to take a look. An hour and $42.50 later my car was just fine. The catalytic converter was just fine. I had one bad plug that caused a mild mis-fire. This unnecessary drama lasted all day. I truly thought the dishonest dealer policies were finally a thing of the past. Nope, they seemed to get pleasure bullying an old lady. Seriously, don't do it! More

Avoid this dealership at all costs, their reconditioning process is inconsistent, customer service is incompetent. I inquired about a 10K mile Corvette Z06 and got a walk around since I live in Texas and co process is inconsistent, customer service is incompetent. Inquired in writing about; tread depth, cosmetic conditions, and if the vehicle was stock with no modifications. In writing I received the following information - tires had 6/32nd, car isn’t modified and in great condition. Once I agreed to purchase, they then informed me that they were increasing the price by 1K because I’m not a Washington resident and that if I agreed to finance with them they would accommodate the price they have listed (I have this in writing). I declined their financing so I was charged the extra 1K that wasn’t disclosed in their ad for being a non-Washington resident. I purchased the vehicle and was transported to Texas to find several issues. The tires actually only have 3/32nd, came with intake and tune among other modifications, rotors so gouged so bad that they can’t be resurfaced and sounds like the pads are in backwards, and flat passenger rear tire. Took 4 days of follow-up for an incompetent manager, Mr. Goldstein, to initiate the conversation with “Dude you bought a used car, what did you expect?” Asked to record the call which he declined, in which he became belligerent and completely unprofessional and I terminated the nonproductive call. Spent several days dealing on a suburban with a salesman from this dealership. He made many claims that this vehicles was in excellent condition and was problem free. He was difficult to communicate with and would not listen to my requests. Every time we spoke it was as if it was our first time talking. Did not develop any rapport. We made an appointment to visit the dealership. The salesman promised to have the Suburban ready for us. When we arrived it appeared the Suburban had been used as a loaner and was very dirty inside and out. There was even a dirty sock left in the back seat. The paint on the car had many scratches some of which were down to the bare metal. The tires were almost completely bald and there was a terrible squeal from the belt drive system. Not one attempt was made to remedy the problems. We were basically shown the door. Wasted a 4 hour round trip to deal with this place. More
