I worked with Mitch Edvalds on the purchase of a brand new Equinox. The sales experience was probably one of the best experiences I ever had. I did my homework and knew what I wanted to pay. I basically m new Equinox. The sales experience was probably one of the best experiences I ever had. I did my homework and knew what I wanted to pay. I basically made the deal over the phone and then drove to the dealership to sign the papers. Easy as that. They had to get the vehicle from another dealership and I also opted for a special coating. Because I wasn't able to pick up the car once it was ready, Mitch drove to my home and then taught me how to use my new car in my driveway. How great is that! I am a customer for life and I recommend then highly! More
We just bought a new 2013 Chevy Volt and a Cruze for my son, both got really good deals. When we showed up we let them know that we had no intention of buying that day, and we expected the standard run ar son, both got really good deals. When we showed up we let them know that we had no intention of buying that day, and we expected the standard run around about best price coming when we're ready to buy, etc... The salesman told us dont worry, that they will give us all of the information we needed so we can figure out our finances and how to fit this much new debt into our budget. After we looked at probably 10 different cars, my son decided on a car and we ended up going with a new Cruze. Went with the lower model, since he's only 20! I knew the Volt I wanted and was happy with their selection. When it was time to talk turkey, I was introduced to 2 other people, one was a manager and then the finance guy who was pretty low key and straight forward. Only complaint is that I had to come in back again to fix some paperwork. This happened last time we bought a car for my wife so it wasn't unexpected. I'd use them for service if the Chevy dealership closer to my house doesnt take care of me the way that the Pierre sales guys did. One cool thing my wife really liked is that they had bottles of water for us instead of paper cups! More
On 6/25/2013 I purchased two new vehicles from Bill On 6/25/2013 I purchased two new vehicles from Bill Pierre Chevrolet located at 11323 Lake City Way NE, Seattle, WA 98125. I purchased a 2014 Chevy On 6/25/2013 I purchased two new vehicles from Bill Pierre Chevrolet located at 11323 Lake City Way NE, Seattle, WA 98125. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala and 2013 Chevy Traverse. I spent over $70,000 on new cars. I traded in my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe on the same day. Since this purchase, I have brought a number of issues to the dealer however there has been no resolution. Below was promised in our negotiations but has not been fulfilled: • Financing with the monthly payments under $800 per month for a total of 84 months • Upgraded rims on the 2014 Impala • GPS and Navigation on the 2014 Impala • Quality DVD system installed on the 2013 Traverse ($1,500) When I went in to test-drive a new car on 6-17-2013. Salesman Keith Battle asked me if there was anything specific that I was looking for in a new car. I told him if I was going to spend that much money on a new car I wanted to make sure it has navigation and GPS installed. The first day I test drove the 2014 Impala I made it very clear to Keith Battle that I would not be financing a car for over 84 months. I told Keith Battle and another gentleman (Tom I believe) that I did not think that was reasonable or necessary to finance a car for 96 months, (they were trying to push the longer finance period on my purchase). So I guess you can say since day one I had no doubt in my mind that I would absolutely not finance a car for more then 84 months. After test-driving the 2014 Impala 2LT and taking a few days to go over my finances, I returned to Bill Pierre Chevrolet to make an offer. I arrived at 8:00pm to make an offer and discuss a few additional options I would like to add to the vehicle. When I arrived I decided to purchase another vehicle for my children’s mother to drive (an SUV with better gas mileage) and trade in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I test drove the 2013 Traverse and came to a conclusion that it would work perfect for my children and their mother. There were a couple of options that I wanted to add to both cars as part of the deal, and I expected it would not be a big deal as I was purchasing two new cars on the same day. I discussed with Keith and the other gentleman (Tom, the General Manager) that I would like the upgraded rims on the 2014 impala (20inch LTZ model) and then a drop down DVD screen with audio that would be hooked up to the car stereo (I didn’t like the idea of my children having headphones on in the car). They said they could work the DVD into the financing and it would cost $1500 and Keith told me specifically that they would put the rims on if I purchased both cars. My offer for both cars was $800 a month or less for 84 months for both vehicles. After about 3 hours of going back and forth and them adding rebates Tom finally said we have a deal with the rims and the DVD. I asked both Tom and Keith before I shook their hand if they were sure the 2014 Impala had navigation and GPS, and they both said “yes”. At this point Keith and I each took a car to the Shell station across the street to fill the cars fuel tanks up before they gas station closed (11:00 pm). When I got back there is a lot of paperwork I began to do with Jared Stockdale. Jared kept telling me this is the latest he has worked. On a couple of the documents I noticed and pointed out that my name was spelled wrong. He said it didn’t matter because I would be back in the day after to resign everything after the financing went through and they would give me an AARP discount also. The only piece of paper that was explained to me was the lemon release form. Other then that Jared was rushing through all the paperwork. He said that this would be the fastest he had ever done paperwork on two cars. I made two trips to get the cars to my house after midnight. The next day when I came in to resign the paperwork Jared said that it was all the same and I got a great deal and we rushed through the paperwork again possibly faster then the night of the purchase. I dropped off the 2013 Traverse so they could install the DVD for the children, and when I picked it up it seemed fine. A couple days later the headphones were barely working. The DVD system could not be hooked up to the car audio so basically the system was worthless. I called Car Toys where they said the DVD player had been installed and gave them the model # they said it was a $200 installed DVD player and they didn’t have any on display (Car Toys in Tacoma WA). I went into Car Toys in Seattle to look and see what they were selling and the most expensive DVD was around $900 with installation included. So I began to feel even more ripped off and like I was lied to. I texted Keith (I have all the texts about the deal and the finance months, the rims, and DVD) and told him in a very nice and reasonable way what was going on, I thought maybe it was just a mix up or an misunderstanding. Keith wouldn’t tell me what Cars Toys or any information. I reminded Keith that the GM of Bill Pierre said the system was $1500 and there is no reason for me to expect anything less them that. I finally called Car Toys in Seattle to so what they could do and they had no records of any 2013 Traverse ever having a DVD player installed. Keith then told me that the GM of Bill Pierre had talked to the store manager about fixing the problem. I told Keith they would need to put a system in that they said they would, one that was worth $1500. I finally talked to the district manager of Car Toys, Dan, and he was very helpful and concerned with the problem with the DVD player and getting it fixed for me. Apparently the GM of Bill Pierre Chevy never spoke with Dan (district manager of Car Toys) -- it was Keith and all Keith said was to see what the problem was and possibly replace the same DVD player. When I made the deal with the salesmen and the GM of Bill Pierre that is was I expected and nothing less, and all I have gotten is less then the deal on the 2013 Traverse. Now onto the 2014 Impala, and this is all happening around the same time as I am trying to deal with the DVD system. I have been out of town with work and working late when I am in town so I haven’t driven the 2014 Impala much at all. When I did drive it I noticed that I couldn’t get the navigation to work. I called GM and on star and they said the vehicle did not come with GPS or navigation. I was a little frustrated with what the salesman and General manager had told me. During both of these issues with the salesmen’s and the GM of Bill Pierre I get the loan paperwork from two different credit unions. Then Jared (finance at Bill Pierre Chevy) said he had to send them both in at the same time because no one bank or credit union would give me two new car loans. One the paperwork one of the vehicles was financed for 96 months and the other for 88 months. Jared ran thought the paperwork so fast and nothing was explained I had no idea what they were doing. I expected them to keep their deal and not go over 84 months with out asking me. Now I am furious, but I am willing and capable of figuring out a solution. At this time I have had the two new cars for about two weeks and have heard nothing about the upgraded rims for the 2014 Impala… Since I have purchased these cars from the dealership I had received calls from Matt and Luk both of these managers have told me that they did not want me as a customer and that they want their vehicles back. Chevrolet has contacted me and the customer service has agreed with me about the finance scam that Bill Pierre Chevy has used on me. The BBB case ID: 22398236 More
This was my first time buying a car as my previous two cars were hand-me-downs. I had already spent months researching so I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, and wasn't looking to turn this in to a lo cars were hand-me-downs. I had already spent months researching so I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, and wasn't looking to turn this in to a long process. I set up an appointment and ended up working with Devon Thiele, who very quickly understood that I knew what I wanted and was looking to make this as fast of a process as I could. We grabbed a car, ran it around the block to make sure everything was in order, and than got to the paperwork. While I worked primarily with Devon, there was also some assistance from some of the others there, and they were all great to deal with. What concerns I did have were addressed quickly and honestly, and I felt like they really were doing all they could to make this work out nicely for me. One of the parts I was most impressed with was when I took a little while (10-15 minutes or so) just sitting there thinking, crunching a few numbers, being terrified that I was about to make a huge purchase, etc. They just sat there patiently, didn't pressure me at all, and just let me come to the decision at my own pace. I walked in to this with that classic feeling of dread about what I was getting in to, but was absolutely astounded by how good it was. Now were there a few things here and there I could have done without? Sure. The finance guy gets the job of pitching me the warranty/undercoating/whatever else, of which I wasn't interested. But honestly even there, his pitch was really good and he gave it a reasonable couple of shots before relenting, so even that wasn't too bad. In my book, there's nothing wrong with a business giving you all your options while trying to make their money. And lastly, I appreciated that if there was something that Devon didn't immediately have an answer to, he found out. No BS, no guessing, just found whoever would have the information and got it. I've always found that one of the best qualities in a sales person is when they can say 'I don't know, but I'll find out for you.' So seriously, if you're shopping around, don't hesitate to go in and give these guys, and Devon in particular, a shot. They will absolutely impress you with their professionalism and attention to detail. More

I'm working to recover from some challenging past credit issues, however he reassured me that they weren't too difficult to overcome and could get me into something I would love. He couldn't have been more correct. When I drove up, he came out to greet me and immediately set to work at getting me into the most ideal vehicle for my needs. Not only did he get me the lowest possible price on a new Chevy Equinox which is exactly what I need, but also a very low interest rate. Because of my credit, the process took a little longer than usual, however it was because the entire Bill Pierre Chevrolet team was doing an absolutely thorough job of getting me the best possible deal late on a Sunday afternoon, and even stayed past quitting time just to make sure I was well hooked up. I can't overstate how awesome a job of hooking me up they actually did. Would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Devon and his team to someone needing a great car for a great price. More

My husband and I decided to get a used Chevy with our tax return this year. We shopped around and at each dealership we were accosted by money hungry salesmen out to make a sale. Not so at Bill Pierre Chevro return this year. We shopped around and at each dealership we were accosted by money hungry salesmen out to make a sale. Not so at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Mitch showed us around the lot and helped us make a decision with no pressure. He showed us several beautiful cars on the lot. We went home with (my favorite) a used 2011 Chevy Cruze with low miles. I was blown away! I walked out the the dealership with my dream car! When I go to buy another car, Bill Pierre will be my first stop! See ya on the road!!! :) More
WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BILL PIERRE. You will be taken advangae of, you will be lied to, you will pay way more than you should. I went in looking for a good car, two good cars for that matter. I l taken advangae of, you will be lied to, you will pay way more than you should. I went in looking for a good car, two good cars for that matter. I love Chevys and it was time to upgrade the family vehicles. The sales people were less than knowledgable. They knew very little about the cars. It was almost sad to think that they sell cars. I ended up buying a camero and a SUV. I love my camero. I love my SUV. I loath Bill Pierre. I will never buy another car from them........ever. I will own another Chevy, but it will not be from this group. They were very interesed in geting me into a new car. they were very interested in how much money I made. They did all the great sale rep butt kissin. It was a classic auto dealership. When it came time to buy the cars. they sat me down at a small table and had a plain white piece of copy paper......tacky. They wrote down all sorts of numbers, they wrote down what i would pay a month. They wrote down how long I would pay on the cars. They made it seem like I was getting a great deal. They told me I would get a better deal cuz I was buying two cars. From those numbers I then asked what the total price of one of the cars would be. The wrote down a number and I flipped. It was too good to be true. It wasn't!!!!!!! They told me I would be getting my new car for thousands off the sticker price. THOUSANDS. I was sceptical. They said it was because of my amazing credit score. They said it was becasue they liked me......they said it was cuz they wanted my buisness. I questioned it and did some research. sure enough I was going to be getting a really good deal....so I thought. Nope. I ended up paying every bit of $50,000 for my SS2 Camero, and 10,000 over the blue book value for the SUV, not the thousands less like they said I would be. I missed it in the details and now I am paying full price for a great car and way more than anyone should pay for an SUV..........but at the cost of being lied to, tricked, hurried through the paper work that I did not get a copy of until 1 year later........1 YEAR. Fishy?? yes it was. Do not get me wrong, I love my Chevy Camero. I am sad that villians sell great USA produced cars. If you learn anything form my review. Do not be fooled by this group. Go somewhere else. There are many other dealerships that do really want your biusness. This group is not one of them. They only want your money. I fell sad for the Peirre Family. They are getting thier named dragged through the mud. It is a shame that they have no conscience about their actions. UPDATE. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO WORK WITH THEIR GM. What a joke. When I called them on what happened they told me that I got a good deal on the car. that it was my fault for signing the papers and that this happens to all car buyers all the time. WOW. They told me this. It took numberous calls and the CS was horrific. They denied, denied, denied. Only after one month of calling them did they tell me all of this. I hope to have another update after I call my Lawyer gets involved. Please.......for the love of Chevy.........and all good used cars everywhere. Please go somewhere else. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. BB More

I was greeted by a friendly sales guy who offered to pull up the car we wanted but instead we decided to see what else they had since there are so many cars here. Besides the cars being spread out, everythi up the car we wanted but instead we decided to see what else they had since there are so many cars here. Besides the cars being spread out, everything was easy to see. They showed us cost and their MSRP invoice without us even asking. I told them the car was for me even though my husband was doing most of the talking, they made sure they showed the car to me. Other dealers we went to ignored me completely! I thought when they ran my credit their attitudes might change for the worse because we have bad credit but they understood and were still very helpful. We went through a few different cars that they said I would qualify for. Eventually we came to an agreement and I'm really happy to have a new car! The finance guy helped find me a good warranty that was a little pricey but I could afford the payment instead of having to pay for repair. They got the second key I was promised within a week. I was a little worried about the other reviews here but I have heard that they can get people approved who otherwise wouldn't. My interest rate is 12%, and other dealerships quoted me 18% and one even tried to get me to sign at 30%. I probably would have because I needed a car but I am really glad I called these guys first. Thanks Leo and Theo!!! More
