Brought the vehicle in for a recall service. The multi-point inspection showed my horn working. After the technician dismantled my steering wheeling to look at recall bar code, then put it bac The multi-point inspection showed my horn working. After the technician dismantled my steering wheeling to look at recall bar code, then put it back together. Now my horn doesn't work and they want to charge me $190 just to diagnose the problem!!!! Should have brought into the dealership for recall, horn would still be working. More

Service staff were very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that I left thinking everything was good but had to come back for a previously undiagnosed issue.
