Brought car in for recall. Had to order a part. Brought car back in 3 days later. Then they lost my key. Then they couldn’t program a replacement key fob for another 2 days Had to order a part. Brought car back in 3 days later. Then they lost my key. Then they couldn’t program a replacement key fob for another 2 days. When I finally picked up my car, it sat out in the parking lot under a tree and my car was filthy. I understand that mistakes happen, but they could have at least cleaned my car…just a quick vacuum and wash would have been nice! More
