Took my 2012 Ford Edge in to have the AC fixed, and after multiple trips they didn’t fix it. They kept the vehicle for 4-5 days for each attempt to fix it and could not provide a loaner vehicle, even after w multiple trips they didn’t fix it. They kept the vehicle for 4-5 days for each attempt to fix it and could not provide a loaner vehicle, even after we were told it would be “expedited.” Paid $500 for a “software update” that did absolutely nothing. Ended up trading it in for a new vehicle at FiveStar Ford. Bill Utter will never get my business again. More
