Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Best service I have had at any dealership. Alex Celis was great, kept in touch regularly to give me updates. I was so impressed by his level of service that I will no longer be using the service dept at the great, kept in touch regularly to give me updates. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was met by Justin who knew what he was doing. It took about 1 and 1/2 hours but they even had run my truck through the car wash which was a great new was met by Justin who knew what he was doing. It took about 1 and 1/2 hours but they even had run my truck through the car wash which was a great new feature. I believe even though they are very busy, Bill Utter Ford is doing their best to be top notch. I will return. More
