Only issue.. even after correcting the person 3 times, they still didn't get my address correct. Resulting in me calling the finance company to get my payment information and to make the first payment ont they still didn't get my address correct. The only downside is my new truck has issues with the 8" screen audio system. It's not worked since I bought the truck. I checked with the service department and was told that it's a common problem. Unfortunately, there is no in house tech to fix it. We have to rely on an external vendor to come by and repair it, and that vendors schedule is chaotic, at best. More
