Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. Lightning Fast I was out the door in a total of 3 hours and 45 minutes Had not even looked at any vehicles on the lot before coming in. Exact vehicle i wanted. Payment i wanted. Adam was great in getting everything situated and finalized with zero issues or problems. Very good except for the long wait for the tech. Arrived at 9am for my 9:30 appointment to have my on computer updated from a 2.2 to a 3.0 so I could updated my navigation system. At 11:30 I asked Gr Arrived at 9am for my 9:30 appointment to have my on computer updated from a 2.2 to a 3.0 so I could updated my navigation system. At 11:30 I asked Greg what was taking so long. He did not know but would make a call and find out what the hold up was. He informed me that the person that does the updates was delayed at another dealership and would be there around 12pm. The update was completed at 1pm. Ford never notified my that I had to update my computer system from a 2.2 to a 3.0. There should be a better way to do it rather than saying the tech will be here between 10 and 10:30 but no guarantee he will be there on time. You just have to take you chances he will even show up. Needless to say I was pissed for the long wait even when I had an appointment. More

Gave me a time of my expected visit and then directed me to the lounge area where it is very comfortable and impressive. 90 minutes later I'm in my car and leaving with the problem repaired.
