Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. Tire repairs..l I had a nail in one tire and a large staple in another. An appointment was made for 10:30, but they didn’t get to my vehicle until noon. 30 minutes af I had a nail in one tire and a large staple in another. An appointment was made for 10:30, but they didn’t get to my vehicle until noon. 30 minutes after that I was on my way. One thing that makes this a 4 (other than taking a while even with an apt) was they left globs of grease around the valve stems that I wiped most of it off, but still spread all over the wheels on the drive home. A little more cleanup and it would be better. More

Made car worse Terrible experience. Came in for simple oil change which turned into them replacing multiple front end parts. Car violently and randomly will jerk to Terrible experience. Came in for simple oil change which turned into them replacing multiple front end parts. Car violently and randomly will jerk to the left while going down the road. They then blamed the problem on me, saying I wrecked the car. I told them the problem the the next day after I picked the car up because they were closing when when I picked it up. They then kept my car for 3 weeks and blame the jerking on my tires. They then tried to extort me by saying they will only work on my car if I get tires. This is all warranty work as well. They were even so desperate as to start switching parts from another vehicle to see if the problem would magically fix itself. The car is a hazard to drive and I wont even let my family be in the car, but non the less I have to drive it because ford will not fix it due to their incompetence. More
