He gave the right amount of help without hovering or being pushy. We felt very comfortable with him. We didn't buy that day because it is a big decision and my mom wanted to think about which model would be best for her. Having Roberto as our salesman was a big reason we returned to Bill Utter. Six months later still can't drive my car My car had a recall when I bought it in June. It is now almost December and I still can't drive my car due to the recall.
