Also, I have found the measurements on the check list inconsistent with the measurements of my brakes, fluctuating from 6 to 3 and back to six; I do not know the correct situation of my brake linings. Primarily Great! My vehicle (Ford Explorer Platinum) was in for its first oil change. While there I requested a full detail. The quality of the workmanship in terms of the old change would be very difficult to quantify. The service manager, Erin Bostick, is always at the top of her game. She had my car waiting in the parking are adjacent to the service center when I arrived. She walked me to the cashier to verify everything was in order. The cashier was equally proficient and professional. Where there was a falling down in service, was the full detail. The car was still wet (ie. not dried off) and the interior was not up to par in terms of cleaning or application of the 'cleaner/conditioner' to the interior of my vehicle. It also looked as if someone wore dirty shoes inside my vehicle, leaving distinct dirt smudges on the driver side floor mat. More
