Although we were unable to locate a truck for my dad, the Bill Utter Ford staff continued their expert and kind service throughout all of my “no thank you, that’s not the truck we’re looking for” responses. Their efforts, exceptional quality and good nature is what brought me back when looking for a second vehicle. Jason Robinson, Kim Payne and Denise Wolfe all assisted me, personalizing my needs and never tiring of my next question, conveying a sense of urgency for my requests and finding the answers in an expedient manner. Upon departure from my last trip to their service department, because of the professional treatment, punctuality, kindness & waiting room atmosphere, I told the service manager I would be purchasing my next vehicle from Bill Utter Ford. As promised, 3 years later, I arrived at the show room at noon on Saturday, to be met by Laura & Randy Briggs. I'm a seasoned purchaser of vehicles, and because of research I knew exactly what I wanted. Because of a 3-hour specific time constraint, I was determined to leave by 3pm, with a new vehicle. Randy & Laura were quick to listen to my needs & desires, and they, Denise in Accessories & Michael in Financing, moved rapidly to get me in and out by 3pm, without any haggling. I very much appreciate the treatment & courtesy I received, as one of the least favorite things in life is purchasing a new vehicle. One of the dealerships told us they had a new on We had been looking into purchasing a Ford Fusion or Ford Fusion Energi from a couple of dealerships. One of the dealerships told us they had a new one in stock but when we arrived there after a 45 min drive we found out we had been baited. We met Kim on our way home from work at the end of the day and he stayed late to help inform us and allowed us to test drive a car even though everyone was leaving for the day. He followed up within 2 days with the car we had been looking for on the lot and as we were going through the deal even surprised us with unexpected savings he had found from Ford. This was the least hassle most honest new car deal I have ever made. Thank you Kim for looking out for us before, during, and after the sale. We love the car and will definitely see you again when we are ready for our next vehicle. More
Not bad I made an appointment for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:45 am, and I was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours. They hadn’t even started on the vehicle until I made an appointment for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:45 am, and I was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours. They hadn’t even started on the vehicle until over an hour later. So it was over 2 1/2 hours later when they finished with it. Very frustrating. More
Great Experience It was my first time buying a brand new car and Jason made sure to break everything down to where I understood what I was getting myself into. Though my credit isn't perfect they took into account that I haven't missed a payment in three years with my previous car and were able to offer a reasonable payment plan. The day I went to pick up my car it unfortunately got scratched or dinged up during the detailing process. Understandably I was very upset and was considering looking to other dealerships to take my business. Mike handled the situation perfectly, they were extremely apologetic, offered free window tinting and a loaner car until they fixed the issue. Instead of just covering it up they were completely honest which is a rare trait that is greatly admirable. I'm very happy I stuck with these guys, they made it completely worth while. More

Over the top customer service I have worked with Bill Utter Ford for over 10 years for a variety of reason for our vehicles and every time the service agents are polite, helpful, i I have worked with Bill Utter Ford for over 10 years for a variety of reason for our vehicles and every time the service agents are polite, helpful, informative and do what they say. Even if I just call with questions or want to know about pricing or information they are kind and make time for me. They are a long standing family business in the community and their dedication and quality shows in all areas from vehicle selection, upgrading the property, capable staff, even at times having events. My only complaint would be to monitor the direction of their sprinkler system to keep it on the grass. More
