They are only interested in selling you a vehicle if you plan to finance it. I guess it doesn't pay to save your money to pay for something. I had a great experience. I'm a new mom and was trying to purchase my vehicle while juggling a new born that is not used to being outside of the house. I found a 2012 Ford Escape Limited on a Sunday afternoon. I came home got on PC, filled out info to be contacted. James Peek called me Monday morning. We set a time for 2:30 that afternoon. When I got there, James was tied up with another customer. John Garbo stepped up to help me. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I found 3 things that needed attention. John said they would be taken care of. We went on a test drive, the whole time John was pointing out different features of the car. We pulled over at a little park so I could drive. While stopped John had hood open & back gate flipped up all the while pointing out more features. Sum it up, I bought the car.
