I went to 3 other local dealers before I went to them to order a F-350 Superduty and received nothing but I am not interested in ordering you a truck buy what I have attitude, Karl Klements Ford (told me I should of called they could of save me a trip out there), Autonation Grapevine ( wanted sticker price for special order and a non refundable deposit of 3,000 dollars, Five star Ford NRH (never called me when truck month started like promised). Bill Utter called me, did a follow up, emailed me with my build for finale approval, and ordered. No pressure no bull. I am going back Monday to buy my wife a Explorer. More

After I had chosen a Ford Exployer, Kyle went over the features of my new vehicle. He helped me set up my phone to sink with my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, nice and very patient. Kyle followed up with me about my new Exployer. He also text me information 2 days later that has helped me learn all the great features on my Exployer. Highly satisfied Greg Hall was absolutely fantastic!!!! I travelled from SW Missouri to attend the Nascar races but my truck was loosing power. But this was not the first time I had this problem at the service drive. But just like the first time, I was not just letting this go. I am a senior lady and have earned my right to respect. But just like the first time I ask Mr. Bowen's help with my concerns. He sat and let me tell him my story, he ask if he could walk me out - like a gentleman and he took me to the service drive and turn me over to my service writer Dillon. Mr. Bowen assured me he would be speaking to the greeter about this and will use this as a training step for him. My service writer was Dillon Love, a very qualified young man with perfect manners and lots of knowledge about his job. It was a pleasure speaking with him.
