Was glad they called to cancel the recall work as the parts weren't there. Was not glad they set the appointment in the first place if the parts weren't there. Now it's been weeks with no follow up. Grapevine dealership never called me back and Bill Utter cancelled the appointment. Just crappy service all around from the dealers.
