Call 2days ahead for 60k service and For a wash and vacuum. Day of arrival had to ask again didn’t know who I was or that I’d called ahead. I watched him write it down. At PU no wash or vacuum. They did call me to tell me what was going to be done and again when the service was done. That was very professional. The guy who took in my vehicle for service isn’t in the pictures below. More

They Love me and my car! From the time I drive in until the time I leave I feel like my car has gone on vacation! The next thing you know they are calling me to the desk because the service work has been completed! I set up an appointment 8am on Monday January 13th to run a diagnostic and then fix the issue. At 2:30pm I called and the service rep tells me that nothing has been done and things were so busy that he didn’ a diagnostic and then fix the issue. At 2:30pm I called and the service rep tells me that nothing has been done and things were so busy that he didn’t believe it would even get diagnosed. The issues were fixed by 4pm on Tuesday January 14th. My frustration was this, why do I need to make an appointment if my appointment doesn’t assure me the service on the day of my appointment? I was inconvenienced an additional day, because my car was just sitting at the service center 24 hours before being diagnosed. More
