Carrie, just be upfront with people and not afraid to tell them what they NEED to hear! My salesman told me two years ago that the great thing about buying an $83,000 truck is that the service center will give me the “Cadillac” treatment when I pull up. I hate to see the “Suburban” treatment. To succeed in business, under promise and over deliver, not the opposite. More
