Empty Promises I scheduled my service work way in advance, drove in from out of town, and was promised the work would be completed in a specific timeframe. When I went to pick up my vehicle, half the work was not done because they “ran out of time” and they also did not complete one of the services I specifically requested. This is completely unacceptable. I have purchased 2 vehicles with Bill Utter and it is reasonable to expect better customer service. I chose to drive in from Dallas and past multiple other dealerships in order to bring my business to y’all and this is what I get. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars getting maintenance done but apparently y’all don’t want or need the business because you treat customers like they don’t matter. More
